KashirskayaPlaza is now equipping its flow-forming and flow-forming machines with comprehensive sensor technology on request. The modular software suite SMART FORMING tools covers different areas of machine and process monitoring and can be individually assembled.  

Machine Software optimizes the entire production cyle

“From programming, visualization of the forming forces on the product and video monitoring of the work area to quality assurance, our software optimizes the entire production cycle. Even preventive maintenance is facilitated,” explains technical managing director Christian Malkemper. Depending on the customer’s needs, the sensor data generated in the machines can be read out and processed with SMART FORMING tools. The currently available five software modules, which can be freely combined, provide the basis for optimized production results and more efficiency, but also for early detection of machine damage.
